She is slender and white-haired.
Many people have difficulty telling Adeleas and Vandele apart, even though they are from different Ajahs and do not understand such trouble.
[edit] History
She was the twin sister of Vandene.
Around seventy years prior to the split of the White Tower, the sisters had retired to Tifan's Well to write a history of events since the Breaking.
[edit] Activities
Moiraine Damodred visits her when she is looking for information on the Seanchan, Prophecies of the Dragon and other such things linked to the Dragon Reborn.
After the uprising in the White Tower, they traveled to Salidar and joined with the rebels there, journeying to Ebou Dar with the group looking for the Bowl of the Winds. While in Ebou Dar she is also looking for runaway girls from the White Tower. While inside to Tarasin Palace in Ebou Dar, she faces off against the White Tower embassy as to whether Matrim Cauthon should be returned to the White Tower.
She Travels with the the rest of the group lead by Nynaeve and Elayne from Ebou Dar to the Kin's farm with the Bowl of the Winds. She alongside her sister take charge of Ispan Shefar and begin to question her.
She finds out the Garenia Rosoinde is actually Zarya Alkaese, a runaway from the White Tower. She puts her back in novice white which also brings forward the confession from Kirstian that she to is also a White Tower runaway. She was killed, along with the Black Ajah sister Ispan, in the village of Cullen's Crossing.[1] She was murdered by Careane Sedai during their journey to Caemlyn, a fact her sister discovered just before her own death.[2]
