Adine Canford is an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah.
Appearance
Adine is a plump Andoran with blue eyes and short black hair.
Abilities
Adine is relatively weak in the One Power. Her level of strength is described by "The Wheel of Time Companion" as 34(22) which is a quite low level in Aes Sedai hierarchy.
History
Adine is 95 years old. She was born in 905 NE and she went to the White Tower in 920 NE. After spending twelve years as a novice and eleven years as Accepted, she was raised to the shawl in 943 NE.
She becomes close friends with Siuan Sanche and Moiraine Damodred just after they are raised to the shawl. She was also friends with Leane Sharif.
She receives reports on behalf of Moiraine from her agents, including Nieda Sidoro.
Activities
She has allied herself with the Salidar Aes Sedai during the split with the White Tower. She taught novice classes.
