Ander Tol is a skinny, toothless Cairhienin farmer. He comes from south of the city of Cairhien.

Cadsuane asked Ander Tol to give her, and to an injured Rand, Min, Samitsu, Niande, Lady Caraline Damodred, and Lord Darlin Sisnera a ride back to the Sun Palace after they escape from the Bubble of evil fog that encompassed the rebel camp of Toram Riatin.
