Bakayar Mishima is a Captain in the Seanchan army under the command of Tylee Khirgan.

He is yellow haired with half a dozen scars on his face. He is hard-bitten. His grin is distorted by a scar at the corner of his mouth.

He goes with Tylee to meet with Perrin Aybara. They agree to lend there troops to Perrin in order to attack the Shaido in Malden. He then accompanies Khirgan and Perrin to Almizar, where they pick up about four tonnes of Forkroot for their plan against the Shaido.

He commands the Seanchan troops who empty the forkroot into the aqueduct in the town of Malden.

While on his way back to Ebou Dar he was killed by a Trolloc arrow when his Seanchan troop is ambushed.[1]
