Baroc is a Sea Folk aboard the Windrunner and the Master of the Blades.

He has deep set eyes and is just about bald with bits a white hair.

He is present when Nynaeve al'Meara and Elayne Trakand come aboard Windrunner and helps Nesta din Reas Two Moons bargain over the Bowl of the Winds.

When the Seanchan attack Ebou Dar, Baroc tries to rebel against them and is executed soon after.
