He is stationed in Aringill and is the highest ranking officer in that city.
Activities[]
On learning of the escape of Naean Arawn, Elenia Sarand and others held in Aringill, Kindlin gives Charlz Guybon permission to make his way to Caemlyn.
He also allows Guybon to seek out men that were dismissed by Gaebril from the Queen's Guards. These men had been hiding away their armor until such time as they were needed again.
