Careme Mowly is one of the women in the village when Moiraine and Siuan are taking information of people who have given birth around Dragonmount near the end of the Aiel War. Her infant daughter's name is Ellya.

Careme refuses to get in line as she holds some kind of grudge against Aes Sedai.
