According to wikipedia:Nation, "The term nation is often used as a synonym for ethnic group." The Sea Folk do have their own government and territory on Tremalking, so I really don't see how they (or the Aiel) could not be a nation. --Gherald 23:56, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
