Creation refers to the Creator bringing everything into existence from nothing. It is also the concept which contains the Wheel of Time, the Pattern, and the known universe.
At the exact moment of Creation, the Creator bound the Dark One in Shayol Ghul so he would be unable to unravel the Pattern, thereby ending all existence.
