Daigian Moseneillin is an Aes Sedai of the White Ajah.

She has long black hair and is plump and pale. She wears a kesiera, a thin silver chain with a moonstone dangling from it, in her hair.

She is the youngest daughter of a lesser Cairhienin House, and is one of the weakest Aes Sedai, spending a longer time as Novice and Accepted than anyone in memory.
[edit] Activities
She is one of the Aes Sedai that accompany Cadsuane Melaidhrin into Cairhien. She acts as Cadsuane's messenger to Rand al'Thor when he requests a meeting with her, giving him Cadsuane's answer of no.
She Travels with Cadsuane to Far Madding to track down Rand. She has bonded Eben Hopwil as her Warder. Linked to him, she participated in the Battle near Shadar Logoth with Nesune Bihara and Beldeine Nyram. During the battle they fight Aran'gar. Eben detects her holding Saidin and throws himself at Aran'gar ultimately sacrificing himself.
She accompanies Rand and Cadsuane to Algarin Pendaloan's house in Tear, where Rand recovers after cleansing Saidin. She weeps in private over the loss of Eben.
