Defenders of the Stone

The Defenders of the Stone are the military guards of Tear. Their battle cry is "The stone stands!"
The current Captain of the Stone is Rodrivar Tihera.
Unlike the Illianer Companions, only Tairens are accepted into the Defender and officers are usually of noble birth. The task of the Defender is to guard the Stone of Tear which contais the Sword That is Not a Sword.
