Deindre was an Aes Sedai of the Age of Legends who had the Foretelling.

After Lews Therin Telamon's death, but before the full chaos and horror of the Breaking of the World had been unleashed in full force, Deindre had a vision that the Da'shain Aiel would be crucial to the salvation of the world. Thus, Deindre's vision is one of several that formed the basis for the Prophecies of the Dragon and the Karaethon Cycle that would come to dominate the hopes and fears of the subsequent Age.

She is part of the group of Aes Sedai who send Someshta away to the Eye of the World with the Dragon banner, Callandor and the Horn of Valere. Deindre is presumed to have died during the Breaking of the World.
