She, Milla al'Azar, Daise Congar and Edelle Gaelin meet with Faile to discuss events in the Two Rivers. They find talking to Faile easier because of the unexpected effect Perrin's Ta'veren abilty has on their resolve.

She offers to have a dress made for Faile by a Taraboner seamstress who has settled in Deven Ride. The woman had previously made dresses that Elwinn considered indecent for women who were not married or courting. Daise says there is a perfectly fine seamstress in Emond's Field from Arad Doman that is already making dresses for Faile.
