The Gold bracelet, attached to four gold finger rings by little chains, is a very powerful angreal aligned to Saidar the female half of the One Power. This strange jewel was found in the Kin's Storeroom in Ebou Dar. It has a very little lock with a key, to assure it on the hand. Curiously it seems to adapt to any female hand, wrist and fingers.
Since it was discovered it was usually used by Nynaeve. Only one time she lent it to Alivia to fight against the Forsaken during the Cleansing of saidin.
Since Cadsuane's weak Shrike angreal enables her to reach the strength of the top male level, it can be assumed that this very powerful bracelet angreal allows Nynaeve or Alivia to surpass that level by far.
