Gorderan is one of the men of the Band of the Red Hand that accompanied Mat Cauthon to Ebou Dar. He is from Tear.

He is a thick shouldered, heavily muscled man. He has gray eyes.

He is noted as being the second best swordsman among these men.
[edit] Activities
In Ebou Dar he is one of the few Redarms to survive the gholam attack looking for the Bowl of the Winds. He then stays in the Tarasin Palace with the rest of the surviving Redarms. Mat sends him to meet him outside the city when Mat carries out his plan of escaping with the captive Aes Sedai.
He then travels with Mat in Valan Luca's Traveling Show as cover for their escape. He is part of the group that chase Renna Emain after she stabbed Egeanin Tamarath and tries to flee to the town of Coramen.
