Hattori Gatano is an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah.

Her Warder is Sleete.
Strength and Abilities[]
Sleete mentioned that Hattori doesn't have much influence in the Tower, suggesting that she may be relatively weak in the One Power.[1]
Since Covarla Baldene obtained command in Dorlan because she was the strongest in that group of Aes Sedai, Hattori must have an One Power strength level of less than 21(9). She would not be able to Travel without linking.
Activities[]
She sided with Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan and the Hall that followed her during the White Tower Schism.
After the schism, she disliked the atmosphere in the White Tower and sought an excuse to leave. She joined Elaida's force set against Rand al'Thor, not knowing the depth of Elaida's order for him.
At the Battle of Dumai's Wells[2], she was separated from Sleete, and she returned to the Tower along with ten other sisters led by Covarla[3]. They were joined by Katerine Alruddin and Tarna Feir later.
Elaida secretly sends them to the small village of Dorlan to hide the disaster of Dumai's Wells to the Hall. So they travel to Dorlan, keeping an eye on the Younglings[3].
There, she reunited with Sleete, who was wounded during the battle and stayed away for a while to recover[1].
Elaida ordered to the sisters in Dorlan and the Younglings to start a guerilla campaign against the rebel sisters army during the siege of Tar Valon[4][5].
Gawyn Trakand thinks that she has eyes on him for her next Warder, but he still wanted to be with Egwene.[6]
