Kalyan Ramsin

Lord Kalyan Ramsin is one of Queen Tenobia's uncles. He is scarred and grizzled, has a face like an eagle, and thick mustaches. He is extremely attracted to Queen Ethenielle Cosaru Noramaga of Kandor, but she hasn't decided whether she should take notice of it yet.

He accompanies Tenobia to a meeting with the rest of the Borderland Rulers.
