Kamile Noallin is a banker in Chachin. In 979 NE she had a reputation for reliability and honesty. Moiraine Damodred used her services to gain the funds needed to enter Kandori society and investigate the Aesdaishar Palace during her search for the Dragon Reborn. Noallin's place of work was a small, fortified building well inside the city walls.
