A merchant's daughter from Caemlyn, Kari al'Thor was brought to the Two Rivers by her husband, Tam al'Thor along with their adopted child Rand al'Thor. She died when Rand was very young and he barely remembers her. Like Rand, she had red hair and gray eyes.
