Larelle Tarsi is an Aes Sedai from the Gray Ajah.

She has long dark hair with white wings and copper skin. She has thin eyebrows.

She taught Moiraine in several classes, both as novice and Accepted and has a way of asking the question you least wanted to hear. Every girl on her classes thought her the perfect sister.

At the time of New Spring she is stronger in the One Power than Moiraine Damodred, which means that she must be quite high in the Aes Sedai hierarchy.

While Moiraine Damodred is out searching for the Dragon Reborn she meets up with Larelle in Kandor.

When Felaana Bevaine suggests that the newly raised Moiraine be taken in as a novice, unaware that she has alraedy passed the test for Aes Sedai, Lyrelle says that their rules are not meant to be broken and that she has a feeling that Moiraine doesn't want to be a novice. This is a demonstration of her avoiding the First Oath as Larelle is perfectly aware who Moiraine is.

Larelle is told to look after Moiraine by Cadsuane Melaidhrin until Moiraiane has bonded a Warder. She was intending to head in the same direction as Moiraine and go to Chachin but Moiraine was told by Merean Redhill that she went south.

[edit] Her Fate

Her fate is technically unknown - she may have been killed by Merean, been a Black Ajah co-conspiritor or allowed to go on her own business to the south as Merean says. Since Cadsuane assigned Larelle to look after Moiraine, the most likely option is that she was killed by Merean.
