Low Caemlyn is the outermost district of Caemlyn, capital of the kingdom of Andor. It is situated outside of the outer city walls surrounding the New City and consists mainly of farmer communities having grown together into part of the city over the centuries.

Low Caemlyn burned together with the rest of the city during the initial hours of the Last Battle.[1]
