Maglin Madwen is the innkeeper at the The Nine Rings (inn) in Tremonsien. She was originally from Lugard. She was married to Barin Madwen and inherited the inn after being married for 23 years.

Maglin welcomes Rand al'Thor, Hurin, Selene and Loial to the Nine Rings when the group is traveling to Cairhien with the Horn of Valere. She gives Rand advice on dealing with Selene since they are obviously at odds.[1]
