Milam Harnder is the Second Librarian in the Royal Palace library in Caemlyn.

Master Harnder is described as a bald man with a round face.[1]
History
He has been an agent of Demira Eriff for nearly thirty years. Reene Harfor discovers that he is also and agent for the Brown Ajah.[2]
Activities
Demira Eriff was set to meet Master Harnder at the Origan Gate in the Inner City of Caemlyn, but never arrived. He also visits an inn called the Hoop and Arrow every few days. After each of his visits, a pigeon flies north, presumably to the White Tower.[3]
