Nedare Satarov was the innkeeper of the Silver Penny in Chachin in 979 NE.

Mistress Satarov is a beautiful woman with glossy black hair in a thick braid.
History
Although apparently a friendly and helpful woman running a clean and relatively inviting inn despite its run-down neighbourhood, Satarov was actually running a scam where she would drug certain customers, either to rob them or for less savoury purposes. Her scam came to an abrupt end when she attempted the same on Moiraine Damodred, an Aes Sedai, who turned the tables and left Satarov unconscious and at the tender mercies of her patrons. Satarov's eventual fate is not known.[1]
