Rafela Cindal is an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. She has allied herself with the Salidar Aes Sedai. Rafela has a single Warder, Mahiro Shukosa. She is a plump and dark Tairen and is very pleased that Rand has made Aes Sedai more acceptable in Tear.
