She is a newly raised High Lady of Tear. Her House is represented by the Hawk-and-Stars. She is lean with eyes like blue ice.

She goes with Rand al'Thor when Rand tries to deal with the Illian rebels loyal to Lord Brend. Unlike other High Ladies she has a weapon that she may be able to use. Rand sends a force led by her to raise havoc on any bandits or Shaido present around Illian.
