Shein Chunla was the Amyrlin Seat from 578 - 601 NE

She was the Amyrlin Seat during the Third War of Garen's Wall. It is widely believed by historians that she completely mishandled the situation, and caused the war. It is also believed she died in the White Tower of natural causes.

However in the secret histories held in the Thirteenth Depository of the Tower Library, it has been recorded that Shein Chulna was controlled by the Hall of the Tower during this time.

Shein had attempted to rule the Tower with an iron hand but the Hall took control of her, and mishandled the situation. Eventually the sisters rose up and pulled her and the Hall down in one of the six mutinies in Tower history. Shein was smothered to death 51 years later while in exile, after a plot to restore her to the Amyrlin Seat was discovered.
