Shevan is an Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah.

She is very tall and thin. She has an angular face, a long chin and curly hair.

Following the split after the deposition of Siuan Sanche, she was named as a Sitter for the Brown in the White Tower's Hall. Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan gives her a penance of Mortification of the Spirit.

She is one of the Sitters that meets with Elaida over beginning negotiations with the Rebel Aes Sedai when Alviarin Freidhen returns to the White Tower.
