Sidon was a village in Ghealdan. It was located on the banks of the River Boern.

Rand al'Thor passed though the village on his way to Tear. When Moiraine Damodred, Lan Mandragoran, Perrin Aybara and Loial follow him through the area, they find that the village was burned to the ground.[1]
