Suana Dragand is an Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah.

She has a big square chin.

She was a Sitter for almost forty years before stepping down from that position.

She is First Weaver of the Yellow Ajah in the White Tower.

During the White Tower Schism, she remained loyal to the White Tower.

After the departure of Magla Daronos from the Hall, she replaced her by resuming her previously held position in the Hall. This is an extreme oddity among Aes'Sedai; generally one does not return to the Hall after a departure.

Suana is one of a few characters who are definitely not Darkfriends, because Alviarin has stated that Galina was the only Ajah Head to be a member of the Black Ajah.

She has strong feelings about beginning negotiations with the Rebel Aes Sedai and is granted her request by Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan.
