Sun Throne

The Sun Throne is the seat of Cairhien power. It is located in the Sun Palace, and has the rising sun of Cairhien in gold standing above the occupant's head.[1]
Rand al'Thor has refused to claim the Sun Throne for himself, promising to hold it for Elayne Trakand, even to the point of deposing Colavaere when she claimed it in his absence.[2]
