Since when has Ghealdan been under Rand's control? As far as I know, it is still in the midst of anarchy and chaos, with no effective leadership. The Queen is following Perrin around, but she's not actually ruling the country, and hasn't been for some time, considering the combined effects of Masema and the Shaido. So there's no-one actually in charge, the entire nation is in chaos, and actually much closer to the Seanchan sphere of influence than to Rand's territories. As far as I'm concerned, the situation in Ghealdan should either be called "Anarchy" or "Contested". The Man In The Black Cape 14:19, November 24, 2009 (UTC)
