Talk:Grolm

From A Wheel of Time Wiki

"Their diet consists mainly of their dead..." I don't mean to be mean, but that statement is not a very logical statement. Can someone give me a reference? --Pedantic 02:40, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Pedantic

If you find something like this the easiest way to note it is with a {{Verify}} or {{Fact}} tag just after the part you have questions about (Verify being the nice one ("I think your right, but I would like a source"), Fact being the "I think your wrong" one). As for an actual reference I would check The World of Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time, but I can find atleast 3 other references to this on the web (Wikipedia and Redbrick for the two that look not to have been copied from each other). Also when signing your posts you don't need your name, ~~~~ automaticaly includes your name, a link to your page and the time/date of the post. --Melriken 22:23, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
Thank you Melriken for that information. I will take it to heart. And thank all of you for bearing with me as I learn how to fit into the Wiki culture.
WRT my comments on the grolm and your response, I took your advice and looked up grolm in The World of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time and this is what it says on that subject:
They will often rip apart and eat one of their own that has been injured, and they even consume their own dead. (p. 169)
Accordingly, unless someone else has an alternate source that contradicts this, I will change the article to reflect the passage in the aforementioned book.Pedantic 18:23, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
