This argument may have been had before, but, does this belong under Talents? I dunno, Fortelling is a talent, as well as being able to Heal very well. But anyone strong enough seems to be able to to this, Messana(sp?) says in the White Tower, "You are very weak child, but you have just strength enough" and then Alviarin was shown how to travel.
