Folks, I've both listened to the passage where Darlin lines the Lords and Ladies of Tear up and Rand inspects them, and I have read the passage (it can be found toward the end of chapter 13 in TOM). Min pronounces them Darkfriends, but Rand never does. All Rand says is "They are no longer a threat" or words to that effect, so I am thinking that this passage ought to leave some wiggle room in the subject of whether they are darkfriends. Anyone thinkingI am being too stuffy?

- Considering what happened to Bashere's cousin, Torkumen, in chapter 32, and his wife (she jumped out of the tower, he clawed out his eyes), I think it is a safe bet. That and, if I remember correctly, Bashere said something about not being able to beleive that his cousin was a Darkfriend and Rand not correcting him.
