About meEdit

originally read the series something like a decade ago, up to the point that jordan had written- book 9 or 10 i think. finding out the final book is being published next year made me want to be able to finish the series, see how everything ends.... but of course you cant just pick right up where you left off 10 years ago! so i'm doing a total re-read, catching up to where i left off, then hopefully knocking out books 11, 12, and 13 in time for the release of book 14.

having gone so long since originally reading the books, questions quickly started piling up in my mind about plot elements half-remembered from my first readthrough, which is how i found my way to WoT wiki. although i was originally planning to simply treat the site as pure reference material and not do any editing of my own, here and there i noticed small things that could use fixing and i eventually decided that as long as i'm here i may as well contribute when and where i can, even if just in minor ways. i have never done editing of any kind for any wiki, so i'm sticking to very small edits, primarily spelling or grammar, until i have a better feel for the editing tools and process.
