A Dragonsworn leader originally from Arad Doman. He is average height. He wears a black scarf over his missing right eye and has a scar running from his cheek to his forehead.

He meets with Rodel Ituralde and the other Dragonsworn leaders, in Arad Doman under the White Ribbon. They agree to attack the Seanchan together on the Almoth Plains.
