A wiki should be easy to edit, and easy to read. If redlinks are cropping up because editors aren't sure how to address a character in the text, make a redirect! They're extremely cheap, and improve the experience by avoiding the need to pipe every Elaida link to Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan.

By the same token, there's probably no need to create redirects for "Queen Morgase, by the Grace of the Light, Queen of Andor, Defender of the Realm, Protector of the People, High Seat of House Trakand", because no one is likely to ever create that link. But if we get to the point where that is all we have left to do... by all means, feel free.

This principle should also hold for page names and template names- ie {{stub}} should not produce a template saying that "this user is suspect sockpuppet", or something unexpected like that. Similarly, [[Elaida]] should not link to a minor obscure character named Elaida, but rather the person that the editor linking expected the link to go to: [[Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan]].
