Zerah Dacan is an Aes Sedai of the White Ajah. She is allied to the Salidar Aes Sedai.

Zerah is slim and self-possessed, with black hair.

Zerah, as well as nine other Sisters, were sent by the Salidar Aes Sedai to the White Tower to spy, and to spread the rumour that the Red Ajah set Logain up as a False Dragon. Unfortunately, Pevara Tazanovni and Seaine Herimon suspected her of being Black Ajah and questioned her with the Oath Rod, causing her to unwillingly betray her allegiance to the Salidar Aes Sedai, as well as the names of the other spies.

She is now part of the group of Sisters who are hunting the Black Ajah in the White Tower
